Version 0.9.12 cms does not work #547

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload version 0.9.12 war
2. try to login to /cms

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cms configuration panel/pages

Please use labels and text to provide additional information
Page says "Running Vosao..." and this is it! Nothing changes after 1 min, 5 
min, 15 min ...

Even Demo page is blank:
http://vosaocms.appspot.com/cms/index.vm

I think link is false.

But on http://vosaocms.appspot.com/cms/ the effect is the same as described in 
inital report. "Running Vosao..."

It looks there are issues with IE9. With FF /cms page loads ok.

IE is not supported.
