deleting file error #582

i make form upload researches
and it works fine but when i want to delete researches i write
getBusiness().getFileBusiness().remove(file);
it gives me this error
and  already folder is exist where he uploads file
 what i should do?
ERROR] AbstractBusinessImpl - -Folder not found. /file/upload
