2. Attempt to install vosaocdn.war via Plugin Import control panel
3. Error: Error. WEB-INF/vosao-plugin.xml not found

Successful import, plugin appears in plugin list.

I'm sure the Vosao team is aware of this issue, since it appears the vosaocdn
plugin is about 2-3 years out of date, hence I assume this is not a high
priority. Just adding to bug tracker for thoroughness.
