Sony Vaio (Synaptec TouchPad) Doesn't Work #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install application
2. Type and use touchpad simaltaneously

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program doesn't change the behaviour of the touchpad

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Sony Vaio TZ Series Laptop.

I am having the exact same problem, using the exact same version and 
reproduction steps.  The only difference is that I'm on a Sony Vaio VGN FE-880E 
laptop.  I realize this may be a "+1 Me Too!" quote, but it's my understanding 
some Vaio laptops use differing touchpad devices, so in the instance that this 
could be that case, I wish to submit my issue this way.
