Keyboard problem #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. g,h, backspace keys not workin in laptop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xp , HP Compaq v6000 laptop

Please provide any additional information below.
Those keys not workin regularly. When I reset the keyboar by fn+num lock, t
works. Then it again creates problem. Please help to solve tis issue.
