Please add right mouse button + menu key disabling #44

the app works great at blocking accidental left mouse button presses (and i 
thank y'all so much for that!) but unfortunately, it seems to do nothing for 
accidental right mouse button and menu key presses (which can be even more 
disruptive!).

just dlled the latest version and it works great at blocking right mouse button 
clicks!

unfortunately, menu button functionality remains the same as before.

Doesn't work at all on 64 bit Lenovo notepad running Windows 7.

I really have enjoyed Touchfreeze and made a small donation.   It would be 
perfect if it also disabled the context menu (right button). I'm running Win 8 
64 bit on a Dell XPS 12 Ultrabook.

@claddison3310: TouchFreeze should be blocking right mouse clicks. User XINOREZ 
confirmed that blocking right clicks working now. Could you please check latest 
version and let me know if it doesn't work.

I'm using version 1.1.0 which I downloaded a couple of months ago.  Isn't that 
the latest version?
