How compile having NVENC aceleration ? #106

Hello. Thanks for reading my topic. How use build scripts from https://github.com/zimbatm/ffmpeg-static making an ffmpeg version being possible use NVENC for Geforce 600 kepler NVENC version 12 ? I have tested some builds mainly ffmpeg 5 and not have any NVENC acceleration for kepler.
