Also, fdk_aac is GPL-incompatible, so builds are likely to be non-redistributable.

It's been a year and a half since I sent this, I'm sure things have changed, and I no longer have a need for ffmpeg. So I'm going to close, but feel free to reopen (and use) if it is still useful.
