More thoughts:

let's say we plan on allowing a platform to integrate with us -- the platform would have multiple brands -- in the same way on GW a business has multiple contractors...might be worth considering

also, I'm imagining a few different types of use stories:

• a brand has 300 character string, they want to keep the length, but make it "onbrand"
• a brand needs 300 characters on a given subject
• a brand has 500 characters but needs it reduced to 300 chars, and made "onbrand"
• a brand has 500 characters, needs reduced to 300 chars, but the "brand tone" not effected
