Node.js 22.4 is out and it should have fixed https://github.com/nodejs/undici/issues/3337, which broke some of our tests. If the tests continue to pass in 22.4 as they have in 22.2, we should remove the 22.2 restriction in CI and return to using the latest 22 version.
