Support default response status codes in typegen

[x] Generate types for 2xx, 2XX, and default status codes.

Strict HTTP status codes

This change requires Zimic to use strict HTTP status codes instead of [statusCode: number]. The following status codes were added, based on the official RFC 9110 spec:
