Tag - filter by vocabularly #2351

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When trying to analyse which organisations are reporting SDGs using the tag element, it would be useful to select a 'tag vocabulary'. Rather than having to individually choosing codes e.g. SDG goals and indicators.

Describe the solution you'd like have an additional filter of 'tag vocabulary'.

Describe alternatives you've considered Click through hundreds of codes? Not ideal

Please can you confirm and let us know if there's anything we need to test. I've done a few simple tries and it's working as expected.

@amy-silcock yes and it's been tested by Z team before the holidays as well. No further test requests from my side. Works as expected :)
