Install update required #240

At https://github.com/zimmerman-zimmerman/OIPA/blob/master/INSTALL.MD I notice some missing updates like type of db we use etc.

Also, I notice that the README.MD, contains almost the same information. Is this redundancy intentional? Maybe it's better to keep the installation instructions in one file. This would be easier to maintain and clearer to users

Moved this to the docs at http://docs.oipa.nl/en/latest/installing/ , easier to keep up-to-date I think.
