Removed some redundant conditionals I noticed.

Removed redundant conditionals (since when conditions are AND'd and ¬(¬A) ∧ A ≡ A)
Added missing TKS_BP_V_ZFS_POOL_LIST to README (closes #2)
(Most destructively) removed trailing whitespace in the files. this was just bothering me, lol

Tell me if you want me to revert the last one to reduce the footprint of this PR

I don't know where all of that whitespace came from! I have both sublime and vim configured to remote it on save but I guess they didn't this time. Maybe I modified that file from a different client the last time.

Your == true conditionals make a lot more sense than !=null. 👍
