Options for "Open in New Window" not appropriate #289

The options for "Open in New Window" do not make much sense (are the ones for "Open in New Tab").

Please implement the Options: Maximized / Left half of Screen / Right half of Screen / Activate New Window / ...

positionjust for open type: tab . Because if it's opened in a new window, there's only one tab, so there's no need to set the position.

exactly: that's why theses options should not show in my opinion
