In order to feel confident when I build on top of Compensated As a contributor I would like a spec that defines the data structures that are emitted from Compensated on compensated.zinc.coop

This issue May Be Closed When

[ ] The spec from docs/README.md is hosted online
[ ] The compensated landing page at [www.zinc.coop/compensated/] includes a link to the developer documentation
