Potential Lead: Vancouver Arts & Commerce Cooperative

I want to create socialism as a ‘product’ or better put as an alternative lifestyle choice by creating services for consumers to choose from a variety of ways engaging a more fair marketplace. It’s a virtual downtown. A marketplace like amazon a Facebook feed for businesses and organizations. A library where you hire content creators, but the catch is content creators create public license material. The marketplace caters to coops and independent businesses giving resources like a platform for product surveys. Eventually I’d like to host a gofundme for coops and maybe in the future offer job loss insurance or other ‘products’ like that.

It’s a cooperative I don’t own the business but I need someone to write the code. I can do marketing and invest in a laywer. Etc.

• Which particular organizations are they hoping to serve / support with this coop?
• Who are members of the co-op? Is it a Ocean-Spray-esque Co-op, where companies in the Vancouver area band together to replace their existing high-cost serivces? Or is it a journalism, art, and entertainer co-op where members co-publish their art?

We also chatted a bit about contributing to Zinc, in particular "propaganda" intended to build the broader digital cooperative ecosystem; or their friend & co-conspirator who is learning wb development dropping in on our contributor ensembles.
