I did a little digging, and it appears that it is an error after a post to Hotjar? Which makes me think that it's not actually a "concern" but maybe I'm wrong?

Yeah, it might not be a concern at all. I've been meaning to remove Hotjar altogether anyway, since I don't think we are getting much (any?) value from it, and I'd rather have fewer JS scripts and trackers.

I'm very much on Team Fewer JS Scripts and Trackers; and I think we get sufficient value by asking Sutty to look and give feedback to negate the added dependency.

This appears to have been resolved by the removal of Hotjar
