Tasks

[x] Add is_section attribute to Marketplace::Tag (db, model, controller, etc..)
[x] Add "Section" label to Tags view
[x] Add Tag editing (view, controller, etc...)
[x] Add sections to Products view sorted by rank prop (slot)
[x] Add tag sorting controller action
[x] Add tag sorting UI (Stimulus Sortable)

Follow-up tasks (2/N)

[ ] Add system spec for marking group tag
[ ] Add system spec for ordering/reordering group tags
[ ] 🌸 Update tag selection UI to token input
[ ] 🌸 Update product tag display to pills
