Screen freezes when trying to save a picture after an effect is applied #1

I have the paid version of this app but it has stopped working on my iPhone XR. Screen freezes when I try to download a pic after an effect is applied. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it working again but no luck. Please help

I've suggested an uninstall and reinstall; but I believe this is either related to the permissions we have set up being designed for previous iOS versions; or because we are on deprecated APIs for writing photos to the photo library and/or file system.

Update the app! I’ve paid for it and loved it for years even though it has always has some twitches but now it freezes when I save a photo on my new iPhone 11, I’m so bummed! It is so bad it crashes every time and when I leave the app, not close or just leave it it re starts and I have to add the photo again to save with other effects! It just keeps crashing and crashing! Give it some love and fix it already for your clients

Please fix plastic Bullet it gets stuck and crashes every time after saving a photo and I have to close it and start all over again
