Image Cropping is not Centered, Sometimes leaving a Black Bar

We've received a number of reports that the latest release does not quite lay things out correctly

Hi guys,

Thrilled that shake it photo is still functioning after so many years, I and a bunch of my buds use it daily.

Just want to bring to your attention that the newest version is cropping existing photos off-center. Please see two images > Attached, shot with my iPhone 14 Pro.

Any fix expected soon?

Subject: Ack, the cropping is different Message: I was glad to see a new version of ShakeItPhoto today. But the cropping is different in the new version. I always crop my iPhone's photo to a square and then give the cropped version to ShakeItPhoto. When I did that previously, ShakeItPhoto just used the square image, perhaps cropping a little more from the edges. With the new version just now, ShakeItPhoto crops a lot from the bottom, shifting the image down in the frame. I think it may even shift the image far enough down in the frame that some of what's at the top of what should be the image is blank.

I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro with the newest version of iOS. If you'd like example images, let me know.

I hope the problem can be fixed. I've been using ShakeItPhoto practically every day since shortly after it was new. If it matters to you, I pay you a tiny sum of money every month because I like ShakeItPhoto so much.

Message: Ever since I updated this app, I guess around this week, the function goes crazily error. I mean, it used to work normally and the photo after shakeit was great. But now the size, position was weird after shakeit. The photo (main character) which should be at the center yet after shakeit the character was relocated. There’re black lines at the left side after shakeit. I cannot use the photo after shakeit because it was terrible. Please fix it at your earliest convenience! Thank you!

After the lastest update, I found a bug out.

i have 5S, SE 1st generation, 6S, ipad mini 4 & 5 generation.

And all these devices have the same problem.

If the ShakeItPhoto loads any screenshots, the result gets enlarged wrong.

oooo! This is some interesting insight! It sounds like the image size is part of why there is cropping issues!

Subject: ShakeIt : no longer able to process screenshots correctly

Message: Hello, since the last ShakeIt update (April 2023), I am no longer able to use the app with screenshots. Screenshots now seem to be not "large" enough to be used for ShakeIt and resulting images include "cropped" Polaroids. Will this issue be addressed? Thank you in advance for your reply.
