Spike! Initializing a Swift UI App #7

I dunno if this is worth merging, but I was able to get a SwiftUI app started inside of the recipebox-ios folder, and even put together a few components.

That said, I don't know if this is a "good" place to carry forward from, or if @theInternauts would like to go through the App initialization process himself.

Closing this for now, I don't intend to move it forward; and I don't think it has enough utility to merge.
