Make the NTK computation its own module.

Tasks:

[x] Create module carrying out the comptutation
[x] Remove ntk computation from all models
[x] Adapt the API used in tests
[ ] Adapt the API of the example notebooks

This is relevant regarding the new recorders, which do not include NTK calculation anymore. Moreover, with this approach, one can design and apply training processes more flexibly.
