Add issue article to RSS feed #168

The issue article did not come into the RSS inbox since we never put this article into the RSS feed. img_v2_b294d30e-9ee1-4ae5-95b2-9dee6244ff5g

Also, we should add pub_date to the issue entity. See #145.
