Expose ZingoProxyD Conf to Users #33

Add functionality for users to configure ZingoProxyD on startup. Either as input options or with use of a .conf file. Variables to be configurable: (this list is not exhaustive.)

ZingoProxyD listen address.
Full node listen address.
Full node authorisation data (user, password)
Nym conf directory.
(Darkside Enabled)
