uaddr not created when starting cli application for the first time #83

See #82 and #81 .

When I start the cli application for the first time, if there is no zecwallet-light-wallet.dat file, two addresses are automatically generated and that file is created by default in the ~/.zcash/ directory. These two addresses are z and t addresses. There is no "u address" generated.
