Currently, the cli deafults to using https://lwdv3.zecwallet.co:443/ - which is aditya's infrastructure.

At some point we should consider building our own infrastructure to enhance our resilience, as well as our ability to audit and control security, privacy, and speed involving this infrastructure.

Not anymore. I took my txindexed full node down to save some money, I'm afraid. :(

We should include a line item for infrastructure in our application.
