Autosave feature request

Any chance it would be a simple addition to add autosave to the configuration 
options? I use it on my PC version by simply adding the -autosave switch to the 
shortcut. This would be a great addition to this great work!

I haven't added Utosaving because mame saving is very untestable, work well on 
some roms but not always. That means that is someone enable auto saving 
probably he is stuck with some roms.  I have been working on fixing some 
anonymous timers issues and the main of the driver saves well but the other has 
problems.

I understand. I still think this would be a useful feature, although you'd 
probably want to put a warning next to the setting saying that autosaving won't 
work with some ROMS. Would you consider that?
