I made migration to ZIO 2.0

probably, side branch for ZIO2 should be created (like in other projects)

The tests were taking exceedingly long so I overrode them and squashed everything to the zio2 branch. Will investigate there if there are any issues.

Quick question: is there a plan to do an official release compatible with a ZIO 2.0 RC version, or will you wait for the official ZIO 2.0 release?
