RC6 #21

Hi @vigoo wondering if it is possible to build and release the library for RC6 ?

-- I can see that there are some failed tests. I can try to fix them, but need someone to provide the context { for me it is not clear why they started failing in RC6 }

Will make a release with broken reporting output, opened https://github.com/zio/zio-mock/issues/22 to fix it before the final release
