Minmize Tailwind / DaisyUI CSS #349

Before we actually release the first version of the metrics client, we want to tweak our build script to generate and package a minimal version of tailwind and daisy. Practically that means we will deactivate all features that we do not use.

This is implicitly done by moving to Tailwind 3.0
