Account Registration

As a Site User, I can register an account so that I can place orders.

Acceptance Criteria

• AC1: Given an email, a user can register an account.
• AC2: Then the user can log in.
• AC3: When the user is logged in, they can place orders.

• [x] Add email validation and verification
• [x] Handle registration errors

• validation is handled in forms
• custom error messages provide useful feedback
• email address is verified internally by django if the user is already registered
• no additional email verification is necessary at this point
