As a Site User, I can sign up for notifications when a product is back in stock so that I can purchase it.

Acceptance Criteria

AC1: Users can subscribe to stock alerts for out-of-stock products.
AC2: Users receive an email notification when the product is available again.

Tasks

[ ] Research and implement the requirements for product availability notifications (email, push notifications)
[ ] Design the database schema for storing user notifications preferences
[ ] Create a user interface for subscribing to notifications
