As a Customer, I can provide and save custom delivery instructions so that I can ensure my orders are delivered according to my preferences.

Acceptance Criteria:

AC1: Customers can add, edit, and delete custom delivery instructions in their profile.
AC2: Saved instructions can be selected during the checkout process.

Tasks:

[x] Design the user interface for managing delivery instructions
[x] Implement CRUD functionality for delivery instructions
[x] Integrate delivery instruction selection in the checkout process
