Media manager isn't displayed on toolbar while fast edit #43

Media manager is quite important for an editing. If I use a direct link to some page with "?do=edit" as a param when the media manager icon is displayed on the toolbar as it should be:

But if I use a fast edit mode the icon disappears:

Probably I can fix in by myself, but I need a bit of introduction to the JS code of the plugin.
