add a "power" argument to udgrade #90

Hello, I think it would be usefull to add the "power" option to udgrade, similar to what healpy does: https://healpy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/generated/healpy.pixelfunc.ud_grade.html?highlight=ud_grade

It is not really a problem as one can do that manually, but it would be handy to have this extra option already builtin.
