BLD: conda build strings changed between versions #60

so using the old build string with --skip-existing, so it finds our existing remote packages

Checking if this commit resolves the conda build failure or not. Completely disabling conda is not easy, the whole travis build process uses conda 😿

@bartosh : As this fix resolves the conda problem I'd propose merging this PR. In a long run we can get rid of conda completely, but that'll be a relatively big effort.
