Allow third-party tools (e. g., PyPI or pyp2rpm) to get the license details in a simple way.

Remove license.txt from the root folder.

LICENSE.txt should stay as a lot of distributions require to ship that file.

This change only makes sure that the PyPI page don't show License: LICENSE.txt.
