Thumbnail files #2

For now the plugin loads all the original attachment images into the page, this would be slow if the issue contains some big images.

I'll make it possible to generate a thumbnail version when uploading image attachment. Also a rake task for regenerate all the thumbnails for existing image attachments.

+1 for that. Users always attach files > 1 MB, screenshots and so on.
