Detection Radius Too Large #24

Right now the detection radius for NPCs to notice you soiling yourself is a bit unbalanced. For example, people will notice if you try going pee in your underwear, even if you don't succeed. And the radius multipliers seem rather large in general.

Relevant to detection, monsters in the mines and skull cave now notice you wetting/messing on the ground or in your diapers. No impact on the game itself, obviously, but it's always a laugh to be told off by a slime for going potty on the ground like a barbarian...in a cave of all places.
