add semantic type optionality #106

currently we have an "STRUCTURE_ANYTHING" type for structure optionality. we also need to be able to specify "anything" of a particular semantic type, i.e. ANY_PROCESS, ANY_STRUCTURE, ANY_SYMBOL...
