The latest tag and release differ : 4.9.4 vs 4.10.0 ? #1608

Not sure why, and not sure it really matters, but as I noticed it I thought I'd share.

Yeah, not sure what happened there - packagist lists 4.10.0, but that is probably strictly based on tags. Not sure what additional criteria GH itself is using on the releases list. :shrug:
