IDP information mapping to user data mapping can be defined

As a ZITADEL administrator I want to be able to define how information received from IDPs is mapped to the user schema.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] As an administrator I want to be able to configure on an external IDP how the claims received from the idp, should be mapped to my pre defined user schema
• [ ] As an administrator I want to be able to define which user schema should be chosen for the idp, or in which case which user schema should be chosen

Todos

• [ ] Define how to handle different value types (List, subelements)
• [ ] Add mapping to schema specific to IDP
