x - y - width - height values not retained in the Visualization box #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a localization file (csv for example)
2. Click on Visualization
3. Enter some custom X / Y / Width / Height numbers (let's say 0 / 0 /256 / 256) and
make the reconstruction
4. Do step 1-2 again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the manually entered values to be retained. Instead, the Auto from localization
is applied. The problem is that it leads to differently sized images for different
files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest ThunderSTORM daily build on updated Fiji, OSX 10.9 (by the way is there any
daily after August 20? the Source log indicates that changes have occured since).

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

just last week I've also encountered this annoying bug :)
I'll fix it as soon as I can (hopefully this weekend) and I'll let you know.
Thanks.
