This is a temporary fix. We must get the start and end of date range in a more proper way. I will try again later.

After reading rrdtool source code, I added one more commit above.

Renamed RowLen to RowCnt. RowLen sounds like the datastore count so it was a bad name.
Changed the loop for printing the fetched result.
