2 years ago I do not have access to a fan in my system. the way you described it, just add it as an area with no template and 4 presets with the right names

Is it too difficult to configure fan cards in Dynalite as as a 4 preset fan template in the way a room is?1 Area, 4 presets, High/Medium/Low/Off
