Nakano Azusa mascot #131

While copying every other mascot from OneeChan into AppChan is fine, Azusa's presents an issue.

I don't pretend that I own the character or the original image, but the edits made to the image are a part of the OneeChan project, and informal credit on a wiki is not the same as including the BSD license and copyright info into AppChan as the license says is required.

For now I request that the image be removed unless you plan on changing your license.

The image was never part of the OneeChan project. You don't have the rights to claim any part of that image as your own. You don't own the copyright to the character, and using it under fair use rational does not give you any copyright over the image what so ever, nor is there anything in OneeChan suggesting your images are licensed under a BSD clause.

I didn't miss any point. You have no right to anything in question. Your fair use clause, which I wrote, essentially denies you any right to make a claim against me using any copyrighted images in OneeChan.

Just make your own, stop being immature. It'll take you all of five minutes and you wouldn't be causing drama for the sake of causing drama.

So? You're under "stop being an asshat" obligation. This is just pathetic. You say you don't want to look at my userstyle for what to do with yours. You want AppChan to be your thing, right? What the fuck is the point then when you're just copying and pasting from OneeChan?

Does it make you feel better?

Isn't that nice? I'm not going to give you a competitive edge on a feature that isn't code related. You have no rights to the image in question. You want me to take it down? Remove my mascots from your codebase.

I can do that. Which ones were more than just a resize for AppChan? I can think of Sakura, but not much else.

Kaganime Rin, Kinomoto Sakura (+Risque), Samus Aran, Iwakura Lain (+Alt), Ika Musume (+Alt, Risque), Shana, Li Shaoran, Black Rock Shooter, Nagato Yuki (+Risque), Alt Hatsune Miku (big) are all images I edited to a degree outside of resizing.

I'm perfectly okay with it being this way.

I wish you a good future with AppChan. I'm going to block you on Github and filter you on 4chan so I can stop taking a personal concern with what AppChan copies from OneeChan.

I just hope for the sake of your own loyal users that you keep AppChan active FOR the users and not just when your attention level runs low.
