Explore options for neko/sega #52

Someone on 4chan requested neko/sega/etc to be displayed as text instead of an image. We can probably also add in the option to hide them entirely.

Majic mode is optional. The only requirement for adding stuff to majic mode is that it must be majical.

As in, say, display the mail link as just regular text for people who are annoyed by neko/sega.
