Option to hide the blotter #678

Since moot added this thing back, it showd up on top of the index and screws up the formatting. 4535 Please add an option to hide it or merge it into a sidebar button. I already tried just hiding it with Adblock, but doing that also blocked some other vital elements of the page.

Adblock filter boards.4chan.org###blotter does the trick for me btw.

It should be put where the announcements are in the icon row.
