I got a screenshot and pulled out the HTML from a WARC as that thread either turned into a rolling thread at some point or just purged a ton of replies.

It seems that they've nixed the Manager capcode and reverted it to a ## Mod one. The icons still around though. https://s.4cdn.org/image/managericon.gif

EDIT: I mean, you could be right, but seeing as how it's been added to the API docs I'm not sure.
